Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Please be aware that colors, patterns, and prints may vary slightly from what is shown in the product images. We strive to provide accurate product images, but slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, personalized products, sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery, and gift cards.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union / EEA 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a customer in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.

You can also contact us at contact@littlekiddos.eu with your name, email address, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive confirmation and further return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please return the item in the same condition as when you received it. You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the item if it has been handled more than necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and function.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For EU/EEA customers using the right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost, where required by applicable law. Extra delivery costs for a shipping method chosen by the customer that is more expensive than our standard delivery option are not refundable.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
